Privacy policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This policy explains how Digital Innovative Agency FZ-LLC ("DIA", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit this website, contact us or use our services. We aim to comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where applicable, other privacy laws.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Digital Innovative Agency FZ-LLC, a company registered with Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (licence 17002246), FOB51716, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Contact: [email protected].
2. What we collect
- Contact details you provide — name, work email, company and the message you send through our contact form or by email.
- Technical data — the server and hosting provider may log IP address, browser type and pages requested for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
- Fonts — this site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the request to its CDN. You can block this in your browser if you prefer.
- Business data — if you engage us, data necessary to deliver the project is governed by the relevant contract and, where required, a data processing agreement.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal (based on your request / our legitimate interest in responding).
- To deliver, support and improve our services (contract performance and legitimate interests).
- To meet legal, accounting and corporate obligations (legal obligation).
We do not sell personal data and we do not send unsolicited marketing to people who contact us.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run this website and our business — for example email hosting, cloud infrastructure and analytics (if enabled) — and with professional advisers or authorities where required by law. Providers act under contract and may only process data for us.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable law.
6. Retention
Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and our legitimate business records. Client project data is retained according to the contract and applicable retention obligations. You may ask us to delete enquiry data earlier where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You also have the right to contact the UAE data protection authority.
8. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS), least-privilege access and secure development practices. No internet transmission is completely secure; report any suspected issue to us immediately.
9. Cookies
This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Third-party services such as Google Fonts may receive technical request data. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and provide a cookie notice.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top will change and material updates will be announced on this page.
