Not a looping video and not a chatbot on a screen. ORACLE 360 is a physical presence that detects a visitor, starts a real conversation and turns interest into a captured lead or a booked meeting.
Wakes when you arrive
A radar presence sensor detects a visitor at about 1.5 m. The avatar turns, makes eye contact and greets them — no button, no app, no phone.
Talks like a person
Real-time speech in English, Arabic and Urdu, with interruption and natural turn-taking. A push-to-talk and offline fallback keep the experience usable.
Only approved answers
The AI answers from DIA, RQM Books and six-app knowledge packs. If it is not confident, it hands off to a human instead of inventing an answer.
Turns interest into pipeline
Captures name, company, email and phone with consent, books a meeting in Google Calendar, Outlook or Calendly, and sends a follow-up.
Presents the product suite
Plays the RQM Books film, shows the six apps and walks a visitor through the relevant product story without a member of staff.
No recording by default
No audio or video recording by default, visible indicators, clear AI disclosure, short-lived API keys and no long-lived OpenAI key on the unit.
