A generic model does not know your policies, prices or contracts. RAG retrieves the relevant approved passages and makes the model answer only from them, with a citation back to the source.
For UAE finance and HR, citations are not a nice-to-have: they are how an answer becomes auditable. Access controls must be applied at retrieval, not only at the UI.
